Potato Salad Recipe


  • 750 gr. small fresh potatoes
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • 1 red onion or 3 fresh green onions
  • 1 handful of fresh dill
  • Cumin, red chili powder
  • Salt, freshly ground black pepper
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • extra virgin olive oil

Preparation Of

Wash the potatoes well and boil them until they are soft.
When they are well cooled, peel the skins and cut them into slices and place them in a salad bowl.
Add finely chopped herbs and onions.
Add the spices, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil and gently invert.
Serve alone with meals such as meat, chicken, fish, or for Sunday breakfasts. Enjoy your meal.
