Pumpkin Cintme Recipe

Materials

  • 1 kilo of zucchini
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 3-4 green peppers
  • 1 capsicum pepper
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon of chili paste
  • 1 piece of sugar cube
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • Salt

For the above;

  • Garlic Yogurt
  • dill grass

Preparation Of

After washing and drying the zucchini thoroughly, cut off the head and bottom parts and chop into cubes. Add oil and chopped onions to the pan and fry lightly. Add the chopped peppers and garlic and mix. Add the tomato paste, mint, sugar and continue frying. Add the zucchini, lemon juice, salt and mix. Spread the peeled and chopped tomatoes on it. Make a small hole in the middle of the greaseproof paper you cut the width of the pan. Wet it and squeeze out the water. Cover the food and fold the sides inwards. Without adding water, cook it in its own steam, with its own juice and tomato juice, over low heat for 15 minutes. Remove to serving plate. Drizzle with garlic yoghurt. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Enjoy your meal.
