Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Materials

  • 4 medium sized zucchini
  • 5 tablespoons of curd cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 capsicum pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 bunch dill
  • 4-5 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 6-7 spring onions
  • 8-10 mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon sliced green olives
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon of tarragon
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking soda or baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
  • Salt

Preparation Of

Finely slice the mushrooms and sauté in olive oil over high heat. Cut the zucchini and parts of it and slice thinly lengthwise. Finely chop the greens and capia pepper. Grate the carrots and garlic. Put all the ingredients except zucchini, mushrooms, sunflower seeds in a bowl and mix. Grease the baking dish. Arrange half of the zucchini slices on the base. Add the mortar on it and spread it evenly. Add on it. Arrange the remaining zucchini slices on top. Brush it with egg yolk, sprinkle sunflower seeds and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Let it rest for 10 minutes at room temperature and serve by slicing. Enjoy your meal.
