Pumpkin Soup Recipe


  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 spoons of flour
  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • 4-5 glasses of water
  • Salt and pepper (enough)
  • 1 pinch of dill

Preparation Of

First, grate the carrots, zucchini and garlic.
Take a suitable pan and sauté the carrot, zucchini and garlic mixture in 1 tablespoon of oil.
In a separate pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter, then add the flour and fry it until it turns a light color.
Then add 1 glass of milk and mix it continuously with a whisk.
Then add 4-5 cups of hot water slowly and mix it with a whisk.
Then, let’s add the sautéed zucchini and carrots and mix.
Add salt and pepper at the last amount and cook on low heat for about 6-7 minutes.
After our soup is cooked, turn off the stove and add a pinch of dill and mix. Enjoy your meal.
