Purple Cabbage Salad Recipe

Materials

  • Small purple cabbage
  • 1 bowl of strained yogurt
  • Half a cup of walnuts
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ cup frozen corn
  • parsley for garnish

Preparation Of

First, cut the purple cabbage into cubes. Then wash it thoroughly and pass it through a strainer. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the granite pan. Add the purple cabbage. Sprinkle salt on it and mix well. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Take the cooked purple cabbage on a serving plate. Let it cool down. Add yogurt, grated garlic, walnuts and frozen corn for the topping and mix. Add your salad and mix again. You can garnish with parsley. Enjoy your meal.
