Quince Dessert with Baked Cherry Recipe

Materials

  • 3 quinces
  • 1 small bowl of cherries
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 4-5 cloves

Preparation Of

Wash the quince in plenty of water. Chop into 2 cm thick rings. Remove the hard parts and seeds in the middle. Arrange the quince slices in the baking dish and sprinkle sugar evenly on it. Add the cherries, cloves and cinnamon sticks and wrap with cling film. Rest for 3-4 hours. Do not add water as the sugar dissolves and becomes watery during the waiting phase. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and then at 210 degrees for 20 minutes. Warm your dessert out of the oven at room temperature and cool it in the refrigerator. You can serve it with cream, ice cream etc. Enjoy your meal.
