- 4 quinces
- 4 cups granulated sugar
- 3 glasses of water
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 3-4 cloves
Quince are peeled and sliced (approximately half a cm thick and 2 cm wide).
While this process is being done, the nuclei are also deposited on one side.
After the quinces are sliced, they are taken into a bowl, sugar is added to it and left to stand for a few hours.
After the sugars start to melt, they are taken into a saucepan and water is added to it.
Finally, the seeds of the quinces are added and left to boil.
The jam is boiled until it reaches the desired consistency.
Lemon juice and cloves are added close to turning off the stove, and it is taken after boiling for a few more minutes.
Without waiting for it to cool, it is divided into jars and the lid is closed.
Enjoy your meal.
