Ravioli Recipe

Materials

For the dough:

  • one water glass

  • 1/2 slice Ezine cheese

  • 1/2 tea spoon butter
  • 1/2 tea spoon thyme
  • 1/2 tea spoon black pepper

Preparation Of

Sift the flour into a bowl. Open the middle and break the egg. Add the salt, mahlep and olive oil and scatter the egg with a fork.Then start kneading with your hands. You will get a medium hard dough. Divide the dough you have made into 2. Roll out the dough as thinly as possible, with a pasta rolling machine, if available, or with a rolling pin. Set it aside.Add cottage cheese, grated cheddar and cheddar cheese, labneh and spices into a bowl and mix well. Using one of the dough you have obtained and rolled out as a base, put the filling on both sides, spaced apart.Cover the other dough you opened on it, straighten the edges, cut it and you will get a square. Smash the edges with a fork so that the fillings do not come out.Take the water boiled in a kettle in a pot, add some salt and oil to it and throw the pasta. Bring it to a boil for 2.5-3 minutes by mixing it once or twice and checking it.For the sauce, take a pan of cream and cheese and let them melt. You can add the spices and butter to it, take the boiled pasta, mix it once or twice, and serve it on the serving plate. Enjoy your meal!
