Recipe for Brussels Sprouts with Mandarin in Olive Oil

Materials

  • 1 package of brussels sprouts
  • 1 onion
  • Juice of 2 tangerines
  • juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 capsicum pepper chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece of sugar cube
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • 3-4 sprigs of dill, finely chopped

Preparation Of

Cut off the top skins and stems of the Brussels sprouts. Wash in plenty of water. Add the oil, chopped onions and garlic to the pot and fry for 1-2 minutes, add the peppers and fry. Add cabbage, sugar, vinegar, spices and mix. Add tangerine and lemon juice and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Turn off the stove. Take it on a serving plate and sprinkle sesame and dill on it.
