- 2 tea glasses of rice (200 g)
- 2 glasses of water (400 ml)
- 2 liters of milk
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup of granulated sugar (200 g)
- 1.5 teaspoons of ground hazelnuts
- 1 teaspoon of rice flour
- 2 tablespoons of water
For the above
- Chopped and roasted hazelnuts
Wash and drain the rice in plenty of water. Transfer it to the pot and add the water to it. Let it boil over medium heat.
Turn off the heat after boiling. When the rice is cooked, add milk to it. Stir occasionally and cook until the rice is soft and open.
Add powdered sugar and salt and mix. Add the flour diluted with 2 tablespoons of water and mix again.
After another 1-2 minutes of boiling, remove from the stove. Divide the rice pudding into serving bowls.
After it comes to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator to cool. Serve with a sprinkle of hazelnuts on top .Enjoy your meal.
