Roasted Crispy Cauliflower Recipe


  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 muscle panko
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt

For the above;

  • 1 cup of strained yoghurt with garlic
  • dill finely chopped
  • lemon slices

Preparation Of

Separate the cauliflower florets and wash them in plenty of water. Soak in lemon water for 20 minutes and drain. Steam for 15 minutes. Mix with olive oil and spices. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with a fork. Put in a bowl of pankos. Dip your cauliflower first in egg and then in panko and place in a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes. Take the crispy zucchini out of the oven on a serving plate and pour lemon juice over it. You can also pour yogurt and dill and serve. Enjoy your meal.
