  • 500 grams of mixed pepper (capia pepper, green pepper, bell pepper and red pepper)

  • 5 tablespoons of Tulum Cheese

Preparation Of

Roast the peppers and peel off their skins. Remove the seeds and chop them. Put the olive oil in the pan and fry the finely chopped onion and garlic until they turn brown.
