Roasted Spinach with Chickpeas Recipe

Materials

  • 1 kilo of spinach
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon of hot pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • mill black pepper

  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper

  • 1 cup of strained yoghurt with garlic

Preparation Of

Fry the chopped onions in olive oil until golden brown.Add the garlic and fry for another 2-3 minutes.Add the finely chopped spinach, tarragon, black pepper, garlic powder and salt and cook on low heat until the water is absorbed.Heat the olive oil and add the chickpeas and fry them.Add the ground red pepper, cumin and powder, turn it for 2-3 more minutes and remove from the stove.Spread the spinach on a serving plate. Pour the garlic yogurt on it and add the roasted chickpeas.Enjoy your meal.
