Roasted Turkey with Mushrooms Recipe


  • 700 grams of turkey meat
  • 350 grams of mushrooms
  • 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 5 green peppers
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of warm water
  • Salt

Preparation Of

Wash the cubed turkey meat thoroughly and fry it in its own juice for 5 minutes. Add the oil, chopped onion and peppers and fry for 5 more minutes. Cut the mushrooms into quarters and add them. Add the spices, salt and 1 tea glass of warm water and cook for another 20 minutes on low heat. Transfer it to a serving plate and sprinkle rosemary on it. Enjoy your meal.
