Rockwood Okra Recipe


  • 500 grams of fresh okra

  • 100 grams of dried tomatoes

  • 1 diced tomato
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 cube of sugar
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Preparation Of

Wash and drain the beans. Dry with a towel and remove the hat parts. Put the olive oil in the pot. Add the chopped onions and garlic and fry for a few minutes. Mix the okra with additional dip. Add the flour, tomatoes, spices, lemon juice, vinegar and sugar and continue cooking. When the okra is almost cooked, add the mulberry and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for another 4-5 minutes and turn off the stove. Serve lukewarm. Enjoy your meal.
