Sea Beans with Pomegranate Recipe

Materials

  • 2 vines of sea kidney beans
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  • pomegranate seed
  • Finely chopped lemon slices

For the sauce;

  • 1 coffee cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed

Preparation Of

Boil the sea beans. Filter your water. Separate the stems of the cowpea from the handle bones. Mix the sauce ingredients in a jar.
