I chose sea bass in fish soup, you can choose another fish. We boil our fish in 2 liters of hot water with the cleaned onions. (Until cooked, about 15 minutes)
After our fish is cooked, we separate it from the bones and clean it, and we take the water in a bowl.
In a separate pot, we fry the potatoes and carrots that we cut into cubes in olive oil until soft, cut the garlic that we cut into small pieces and the onion cooked together with the fish, and add them to our potatoes.
We fry it a little and add the water of the fish.
We mix the necessary ingredients for its dressing, put a ladle of the fish water, dissolve the flour and add it to our soup.
After boiling for 5 minutes, we add the cleaned fish, parsley, black pepper and salt and mix a little.
We put our lemon on the side and serve it hot. Enjoy your meal.
