Sesame Potato Balls Recipe

Materials

  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 carrot finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of roasted sesame
  • Salt

For the sauce;

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of liquid
  • 1 tablespoon of ground pepper
  • 1 cup of strained yoghurt with garlic
  • mint leaves for presentation

Preparation Of

Wash the potatoes in plenty of water and peel the skins off. Chop it coarsely and boil it in salted water until soft and drain the water. While hot in a deep bowl, mash well with a potato masher or fork. Add the carrots and spices and mix with your hands. Roll into small pieces and arrange on a serving plate. Pour the garlic yoghurt on top. Put oil and butter in the pan. When the butter melts, add the ground pepper and mix. Take it from the stove. Pour it on. Add mint leaves and serve. Enjoy your meal.
