Sharp Pan Recipe


  • 10 cutlets
  • 3 green peppers
  • 3 red peppers
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 7-8 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of hot water
  • Butter or lard for topping

To marinate meat

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • Salt

Preparation Of

Marinate the meat. Wait a couple of hours. Chop the tomatoes into two finger widths. Arrange on the baking tray. Add the peppers. Salt the vegetables. Throw in the garlic. Arrange the chops. Open the tomato paste in water. Hover over it. Discard the butter or lard. Wrap it in oiled paper and then foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 200 degrees upside down. Just take the foil off and cook it this way for another half hour. Check that it does not burn in between. Enjoy your meal.
