Shepherd’s Roast Recipe

Materials

  • 1 kg of minced meat
  • 10 shallot onions
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4-5 green peppers
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt
  • 1 cup of beef broth

Preparation Of

Melt the butter in your saucepan. Fry the meat on high heat. Cook until the broth is released. Continue frying until the water is absorbed. Add the shallots and garlic and fry. Chop the peppers coarsely and add to the food and fry. Chop the tomatoes and fry them. Add the garlic and continue frying. Season with spices and salt. Add the broth and cook on low heat for 1.5 hours. Enjoy your meal.
