Materials

For the dough

Preparation Of

Pass the onion through the robat. Drain excess water. Add other ingredients and knead. Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Crack an egg in the middle. Add water and knead a medium hard dough and let it rest. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to medium thickness. Cut it into a large square. Close it in a triangle shape and arrange it on the tray. Cook in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. Pour cold water over it and drain the ravioli. Serve one part with garlic yoghurt and tomato paste sauce, and the other part with walnuts and butter. Enjoy your meal.
