Sinop Ravioli Recipe


  • 3 cups flour,
  • 1 egg,
  • 3/4 cup of warm water,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,

For inside;

  • 200 g minced meat,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper.

For the above;

  • 250 g yoghurt,
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • Salt,
  • 1 cup of ground walnuts,
  • 5-6 tablespoons of oil,
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet red chili powder.

Preparation Of

Open the middle of the flour,
Add salt and egg and start mixing,
Add the water gradually and knead until you get a dough that does not stick to the hand,
Shape the dough into a ball, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes,
Meanwhile, finely chop the onion.
Mix the ground beef, onion, salt and pepper well,
Divide the dough into 3-4 parts,
Take a piece of it and open it as a knife edge with the help of a roller,
cut into 1.5 cm squares,
Put as much stuffing inside as possible, fold them into triangles and close them and join the ends of the triangle at the back,
Open, cut, fill and seal all the balls like this,
To cook, throw it into plenty of boiling water and cook until the ravioli rises above the water,
Crush the garlic and add it to the yogurt and mix with a little salt,
Heat the oil, add the pepper, mix and remove from the fire,
After you put your ravioli on the plates, pour walnuts on one side of the plates, yoghurt with garlic and peppers burned in oil on the other.
