- 500 g snails
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tomato
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of chili paste
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- ½ teaspoon of water
- Black pepper
Holes are drilled into the snails and cooked in boiling water.
It is repeated 3-4 times. The water is refreshed every time.
Olive oil is taken into the pot, chopped onion and garlic are added to it.
When they start to change color, peppers are added and cooked.
Add onion and fry until fragrant.
Add tomatoes, spices and water and bring to a boil.
