Preparation Of

Put all the ingredients for the meatballs in the mixing bowl and knead. You can pour water from time to time so that it does not stick to your hands while kneading. Then tear it the size of a hazelnut and roll it. Sprinkle flour on a tray and put it on the tray. Do the same for all charges. Put butter and olive oil in a deep pan. Add tomato paste and spices on it and fry. Add hot water after frying for 6-7 minutes. Boil the water for 15 minutes. Put the meatballs in. Cook for another 20 minutes. After cooking, you can add the juice of 2 lemons and serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
