Spinach and Mushroom Chicken Recipe


  • 2 pieces of chicken tenderloin
  • 1 pack of mushrooms
  • 300 grams of spinach
  • 200 ml. cream
  • 1 tablespoon of boiled chickpeas
  • 1/2 tablespoon of nutmeg

For the marinade;

  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of starch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame
  • 1 tablespoon of hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Black pepper, cumin, ground pepper, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder (1 teaspoon each)

Preparation Of

Cut the chicken into strips and mix them all in a large bowl. Rest in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours. Finely chop the mushrooms and spinach. Heat the pan well and sauté the chicken with the sauce by shaking it. When the starch chickens are crispy, take them on a separate plate. Put the mushrooms in the same pan and drain the water. Add the spinach. When the spinach shrinks, add the cream and nutmeg grated and mix together for 2-3 minutes. Add the chickpeas and chicken and cook together until creamy. Enjoy your meal.
