First, let’s clean the spinach. Let it sit in salty and vinegared water for 15 minutes. Then drain the water and wash it 3-4 times. Let’s drain the water again. On the other hand, chop the onion and put it in the pot. Pour oil on it and fry it until it turns brown. Then add the tomato paste. Add the spinach and fry for 10 minutes. Then add the rice, salt and spices. Add 1 cup of boiling water and close the lid of the pot. Let it cook on low heat until the rice is soft. You can serve it with yogurt. Enjoy your meal.
