Spinach Salad Recipe


  • 300 grams baby spinach
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 3-4 sprigs of syphilis parsley
  • 3 spring onions
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh tarragon
  • 1 green apple slice
  • 1 orange slices 1 handful of roasted cashews
  • 6-7 ornamental plums

For the sauce;

  • juice of 1/2 orange
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of honey 1 coffee cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of tarragon

Preparation Of

Wash the spinach and greens in plenty of water and dry them in the vegetable dryer. Spread the spinach on the bottom of the serving plate first. Add the greens by breaking them by hand. Sprinkle with cashew, plum, apple and orange slices. Also, mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Pour the sauce over it. Enjoy your meal.
