Spinach Soup Recipe


  • 1 small bunch of spinach
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 spoon of tomato paste
  • Half a cup of bulgur wheat
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Salt, pepper, paprika
  • Half a cup of sumac
  • 1.5 – 2 liters of water (you can also add broth)

Preparation Of

Add a glass of water to the sumac and keep it aside. Chop the onions. Fry with oil. Add garlic and continue frying. Then add the water. When it boils, add the bulgur and boil it until the bulgur softens. Throw in the washed and chopped spinach as well. Season with salt and spices. Strain the sumac. Add the water to the soup. Remove from heat when spinach is soft. Enjoy your meal.
