Steak Recipe in Baked Greaseproof Paper


  • 6 pieces of beef steak
  • 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • Salt

Preparation Of

In a large bowl, add olive oil, spices, finely chopped garlic, salt and chopped onion and mix. Dip the steaks in this sauce. Cover it with cling film and leave it in the fridge for 4 hours. Line the baking tray with greaseproof paper. Top the steaks with the sauce. Add butter particles on it and fold the sides down so that the mouth is on the top and close it in the form of a package. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with fresh rosemary. Enjoy your meal.
