Strained Green Lentil Soup Recipe


  • 3/4 cup green lentils
  • 2 tablespoons of rice
  • 1.5 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1.5 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation Of

Boil the lentils for 15 minutes and pour the water. Finely chop the onions and fry them in oil. Add flour and fry for another minute. Add the boiled lentils and rice. Continue cooking. After cooking, pass it through a hand blender. Prepare the seasoning in another bowl. For this, whisk the milk and egg yolk well. Add to the soup and mix. Cook for another 5 minutes. To decorate the top, add mint, ground pepper to 1 spoon of oil, heat it and decorate the soup. Enjoy your meal.
