Strained Lentil Soup Recipe


  • one water glass Red lentil
  • 3 water glass chicken broth
  • 3,5 – 4 water glass this
  • one medium size onion
  • one medium size potatoes
  • one medium size carrot
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • one tablespoon liquid oil
  • one tea spoon salt
  • one tea spoon black pepper
  • one tea spoon cumin

Preparation Of

Peel the skins of the potatoes, carrots and onions. Chop all the vegetables to medium thickness and size.Wash the lentils in plenty of water.Take butter and oil in a saucepan. Melt it. Add the onions and start frying. Then add the carrots and potatoes and continue frying.Add the lentils, chicken stock and water and let it boil.Add the spices and salt to it.When the vegetables are soft and the lentils are cooked, pass them through the blender. Get it back to the stove.After cooking for about 2-3 more minutes, pass it through a fine-meshed strainer.Your soup is ready. Enjoy your meal.
