Stuffed Leeks Recipe

Materials

  • 1 kilo of leeks
  • 250 grams ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon of rice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 5-6 sprigs of dill
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

For the sauce;

  • 1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste

Over;

  • Sumac
  • Yogurt

Preparation Of

Separate the green parts of the leeks. Separate the white parts into two parts. Cut these pieces lengthwise as well. Cook in boiling water for 7 minutes. Separate the leaves of the boiled leek one by one. Put the inner mortar on one end of the leek leaves that you have opened flat and wrap them in the form of an amulet. Place in a large pot. Prepare the sauce in a bowl and pour it over the stuffing. Add 2 glasses of water, put a porcelain plate on it and cook. You can pour yoghurt and sumac on it and serve. Enjoy your meal.
