Stuffed Meat Recipe

Materials

  • 15 dried peppers
  • 15 dried eggplants

For the stuffing;

  • 250 grams ground beef
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 5-6 sprigs of parsley
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of chili paste

For cooking water;

  • 1 teaspoon of sumac
  • Half a teaspoon of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of pomegranate molasses
  • Water

Preparation Of

Wash dried peppers and eggplant. Boil the eggplant in hot water for 10 minutes. Boil the peppers for 3 minutes. Pour off the water and rinse with cold water. Mix all the ingredients well for the stuffing. Then fill the peppers and aubergines without pinching, leaving 1 finger gap in their mouths. Place the peppers on the eggplants in the pot. Pour sumac, olive oil, pomegranate syrup and water on it. Cook on low heat. Enjoy your meal.
