1.5 kilos of ribs
Half a tablespoon of chili paste
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of black pepper
3 glasses of water
For the stuffed rice;
1 cup of rice
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of almond flakes
Half a bunch of parsley
1 glass of water
2 teaspoons of paprika
1 tablespoon of basil
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
Start the recipe by making the stuffing pilaf first. Put the butter in the pot. Fry the rice and almonds. Set aside half of it and add water and salt to the other half and let it cook. Set the cooked rice aside.
Add finely chopped parsley, chili pepper, black pepper and basil to the remaining half, mix well, and then mix the two rice mixtures with each other.
Fill the clean and ready ribs with rice and tie them tightly with string.
Boil the ribs you bought in a deep pot for 2 times, spread butter and tomato paste on them and bake them in a preheated 180 degree oven for half an hour.
You can cut the threads and pour hot butter on them and serve. Serve over rice pilaf if you wish.
