Stuffed Zucchini Flowers Recipe

Materials

Preparation Of

When collecting the zucchini flowers that you will make stuffing, you need to collect them early in the morning. The reason is that the flowers have opened in the morning hours, so that they can be cleaned more easily and filled.
You can also prepare the stuffing in advance and clean the zucchini flowers collected in the morning, fill them and store them in the freezer. When you want to cook, you can take them out and cook them 15 minutes in advance.
After washing the zucchini flowers, let’s take the greens from the stem of the flower.
Let’s remove the yellow part inside the flower with the help of a teaspoon, and be careful not to tear the leaf.
Let’s wash our rice well. Let’s chop the onion for food, add olive oil and dry onion to our pan, take it to the stove and fry it.
Let’s peel the skin of the tomato and chop it into small pieces, add it to the roasted onions, then add the tomato paste and spices and mix, then add the rice and greens and mix. Let’s pour 1 glass of hot water and cook it until the water is absorbed in a low way (We will not cook it completely)
Let’s put the prepared inside of the zucchini flowers, which we have cleaned and washed, little by little, let’s place the yellow flowers on the tip inside with our finger. Let’s place it in a suitable ceiling tightly side by side.
Let’s squeeze 1 glass of hot water and half a lemon juice on it, pour half a tea glass of olive oil on it, place a flat plate on it, close the lid of the pan, take it to the stove, and when it boils, let’s reduce the heat and cook for 20-25 minutes.
After resting for 15-20 minutes, you can serve it with garlic yogurt or simply. Enjoy your meal.
