Sumac Sour Quick Pickles Recipe

Materials

  • 4 eggplants
  • 4 zucchini
  • 300 grams green chili pepper
  • 300 grams of green beans

For the sauce;

  • 6 cups of boiled hot water
  • 6 tablespoons of sumac
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tablespoon of rock salt
  • 8 cloves of garlic grated
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon salt
  • 1 tablespoon of dried mint
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation Of

Wash the vegetables in plenty of water. Filter your water. Remove the ends of the beans. Divide it in half. Cut off the heads of the peppers. Scratch the ends with a knife. Cut the eggplant and zucchini lengthwise and slice into finger shapes. Steam them all. (10-12 minutes) Mix the sauce ingredients. Put the vegetables in the sauce and mix. You can serve after 15-20 minutes. Enjoy your meal. You can keep it in a jar if you wish.
