  • 450-500 Grams Chicken Breast, Diced
  • ½ Cup Potato Starch or Corn Starch
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of Sunflower Oil

For the marinade:

  • ½ Cup of Milk
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon of Fresh Ginger Grated

For the sauce:

  • 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons of Mirin
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar or Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Hot Pepper Paste (Gochujang)
  • 3 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 2 Desserts Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger Grated
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

For the above:

  • 1-2 Tbsp Cashews or Peanuts, Crushed

Preparation Of

Before dicing the chicken, place it in a bowl and add 1/2 cup of milk to it and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Then drain the chickens well and cut them into cubes. Take it again in a bowl and add salt, pepper, grated ginger, garlic paste and mix well. Leave the mixture you prepared for about 20-30 minutes to marinate well. In a large pan, mix the soy sauce, mirin, apple cider vinegar, hot pepper paste, honey, sesame oil, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic paste and fresh ginger grated and let it boil. . When the sauce starts to boil, reduce the heat and continue cooking, stirring, for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens. Then turn off the stove and keep the sauce mixture you prepared aside. Add 1/2 cup of corn or potato starch to the marinated chicken and mix well so that it is evenly coated on all sides. Heat the sunflower oil in a non-stick pan. When the pan is hot, add the chicken pieces dipped in cornstarch and fry for 4-5 minutes on medium heat until golden brown. Then put it on a plate covered with a kitchen towel and absorb the excess oil. Reheat the sauce mixture you prepared before on low heat and add the fried chicken pieces into it and continue cooking, stirring for 1-2 more minutes so that all sides are covered with sauce. Then turn off the stove and place the chicken on a serving plate and sprinkle with crushed cashews or peanuts. Enoy your meal.
