  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of sumac
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation Of

Dice the tomatoes and put them in a bowl. Chop the onion in piyaz and rub it well with salt. Wash and squeeze out the water. Add the sumac and cayenne pepper. Chop the parsley. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Remove to serving plate. Enjoy your meal.
