Tahini Shakshuka Recipe


  • 3 zucchini
  • 2 capsicum peppers
  • 3 green peppers
  • 2 carrots
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • mill black pepper
  • rock salt
  • 1 bowl of strained yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of tahini
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 bunch of finely chopped parsley

Preparation Of

Chop the vegetables into cubes. Take it on a greased paper-lined tray, add black pepper, salt and olive oil and mix. Bake at 190 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let it cool when it comes out of the oven. In a bowl, add yoghurt, tahini, salt, cumin and finely chopped parsley and mix. Add the vegetables and mix again and transfer to the serving plate. You can serve it with toasted bread on the side. Enjoy your meal.
