  • 3-4 pieces of lavash
  • 500 grams of beef
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

For the inside;

  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon sumac
  • Salt

For the above;

  • 1 bowl of yogurt
  • 1 spoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder

Preparation Of

First, cut the meat into small cubes and put it in a pressure cooker. Let’s boil it just enough to cover it a little bit. Let’s drain the broth from the boiled meat and separate half a glass of broth from the broth. Take butter, oil and meat in the pan. Add salt and pepper to it. When it’s a little roasted, let’s add the broth and let it cook on low heat. While it’s cooking, let’s cut the onion in julienne and rub it with sumac and salt. Let’s chop the tomato parsley finely. Now we can move on to the wrapping process. Let’s dip the lavash on the meat cooked one by one on one side. Let’s put some meat on the side that is smeared with sauce. Then, let’s put the desired amount of the chopped materials and roll them in the form of a roll. Let’s continue the same process until we run out of materials. Let’s cut the prepared rolls to the desired size. Let’s pour the whipped yogurt on it. Let’s burn the butter and pepper in the sauce pan and pour it over our prepared tantuni. Ready to serve. Enjoy your meal.
