Tiramisu Recipe

Materials

  • 1 ready-made sponge cake

For the pudding;

  • 2.5 cups of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar (heaped full)
  • 3 tablespoons flour (heaped full)
  • 1 egg
  • 200 grams of labneh cheese (1 pack)

To wet;

  • 1/2 (half) glass of hot water
  • 3-in-1 instant coffee

For the above;

  • Cocoa

Preparation Of

First of all, sugar, flour, milk and eggs are whisked for the pudding. It is cooked on the stove, stirring, until it boils.
After boiling, it is covered and poured into a separate container for faster cooling.
After waiting for 15 minutes and cooling, labneh cheese is added and whipped with a mixer until smooth.
On the other hand, it is prepared by dissolving instant coffee in hot water and waited for it to cool slightly.
A layer of sponge cake is placed on the serving plate and moistened with half of the coffee.
Add half of the cream and spread it well.
After the top layer is soaked with the remaining coffee, the second layer of sponge cake is covered with cream.
The remaining cream is poured over the cake and the top and edges of the cake are covered with a spatula or cake plastering apparatus.
Finally, sprinkle cocoa on the cake with the help of a strainer.
It is served by slicing after resting in the refrigerator for a few hours, if possible, for 1 night.
