Tray Ravioli Recipe

Materials

  • 4.5 cups
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 250 g medium fat ground beef
  • 2 soup plates
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tablespoon of chili paste
  • 1 soup of tomato paste
  • 1 sweet red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For the above;

  • Garlic Yogurt
  • black pepper

For sauce;

  • liquid oil
  • Red pepper

Preparation Of

Mix the egg, water and salt, add the flour little by little and knead until you get a smooth and hard dough. Rest for 30 minutes.
Chop the onions very finely. Add onion, red pepper powder, black pepper and salt to the minced meat and mix.
Divide the rested dough into 3 pieces. Roll out the meringues to the size of a phyllo with a rolling pin. Cut 1 cm wide strips, divide the cut strips into 1 cm squares.
Put the stuffing in the middle of the ravioli dough. Prepare the ravioli by bringing the four ends of the dough together so that the middle remains open. Arrange the ravioli neatly on the greased tray.
Fry the shallots in butter. Prepare the sauce by boiling salt, pepper and 2 glasses of water.
Bake the ravioli on the tray in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Drizzle the hot sauce on the ravioli you just took out of the oven. Heat the oil in a separate pan. Add red pepper flakes on it.
Add the garlic yoghurt and sauce on the ravioli. Then you can sprinkle black pepper and serve. Enjoy your meal.
