Tuna-Beet Salad Recipe

Materials

  • 2 boiled beets
  • 2 cans of tuna fish (75 grams)
  • 4-5 branches curly
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 sprig of fresh garlic
  • 5-6 sprigs of parsley
  • 5-6 sprigs of dill
  • 5-6 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh corn
  • 1 capsicum pepper
  • A handful of cracked walnuts

For the sauce;

  • 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of ground red pepper
  • Salt

Preparation Of

Finely chop the lettuce, spring onion, parsley, dill, fresh garlic, mint. Chop the beets and capia pepper into cubes. Put them all in a large bowl. Add the corn and walnuts. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over. Transfer it to a serving plate and add the tuna fish. Enjoy your meal.
