  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 tablespoons of onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • half red pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1.5 cups of rice
  • 150 ml broth
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • Salt

Preparation Of

You can choose green onions instead of dry onions. Finely chop the onions and peppers and fry them in a pan with butter and oil. Add the chopped tomatoes and corn. Then add the washed rice and continue frying. Add broth, hot water and salt to it and mix. Cover and cook on low heat until the water is absorbed. Then turn off the heat and leave it for 15 minutes.
