Warm Salad with Tarragon Dressing Recipe


  • 1 bowl of cauliflower florets
  • 1 bowl of broccoli florets
  • 4-5 brussels cabbage
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 leek
  • 1 capsicum pepper
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

For the sauce;

  • 1 coffee cup of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of tarragon grove
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 handful of pomegranate seeds
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt

Preparation Of

Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a small jar and shake it for 2 minutes to let the flavors mix. Wash and drain the vegetables thoroughly. Peel the outer skin of the carrots and shave the remaining part with a vegetable peeler. Chop the onion and leek into rings. Remove the outer skins of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half in the middle. Chop the capia pepper into thin strips. Add oil to the wok and heat it. Add all the vegetables. Saute with shaking until lightly coloured. Transfer to a large salad plate. Add the sauce and mix. You can enjoy your salad decorated with pomegranate seeds. Enjoy your meal.
