White Chocolate Brownie Recipe


  • 90 grams of butter
  • 290 grams dark chocolate
  • 150 grams of granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 140 grams of flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 220 grams of white chocolate

Preparation Of

After melting the butter in a saucepan, add the dark chocolate to it and mix until it melts.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla until the sugar melts and gets a creamy consistency.
Add the chocolate and butter mixture little by little into the egg mixture and mix.
Add flour and salt to the mixture and mix until you get a smooth consistency.
Grease the mold you will cook with butter and place 2 pieces of baking paper on the greased mold as a plus.
Pour half of the mixture into the mold and add the white chocolates on top.
After adding the remaining brownie mixture to the white chocolates, smooth them with the help of a spatula.
Bake in a preheated 150 degree oven for 30 minutes and remove from the oven and leave to cool at room temperature. Enjoy your meal.
