Let it boil for another 5 minutes and let it cool. For the dough, put all the ingredients, including the flour, in a bowl and knead. Let the dough rest for half an hour. After resting, let’s divide it into 25 equal parts. Let’s take the starch to open the dough. Let’s open each meringue as much as we can and make it thin. Then I sprinkled the walnuts on it. Then we wrap it tightly with a rolling pin and roll it. Then we make ruffles from both sides towards the middle and take it out of the rolling pin. We continue the same process until all the meringues are finished. We glue the baking tray and lay it out. Then we cut it in equal parts. Then we pour the melted butter on top. We bake at 180 degrees until golden brown. After removing it from the oven and removing the initial temperature, we pour the cold syrup. You can serve after resting. Enjoy your meal.
