Yogurt Soup Recipe

Materials

  • 1 bowl of strained yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1.5 liters of cold water
  • 1 cup of boiled chives

For the above

  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of dried mint

Preparation Of

Let’s put the yogurt in the pot. Add 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of flour. Beat with a wire whisk. Add cold water little by little. Let’s turn the stove on medium heat. Keep stirring the soup until it thickens and boils. Let’s add the half when it gets dark. Let’s cook for another 15 minutes. In a separate pan, melt the butter and olive oil. Pour the dried mint on it and mix for another 3 minutes. Let’s add salt to the soup first and mix it. Then let’s pour the mint we burned. You can serve it hot. Enjoy your meal.
