Zucchini Yogurt Salad Recipe

Materials

  • 500 grams zucchini
  • Half a cup of rice
  • 3 spring onions
  • Strained Yogurt
  • 4 sprigs of dill
  • 4 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • olive oil
  • Red chili powder on top
  • 2 teaspoons of hot water

Preparation Of

Grate the zucchini. Finely chop the spring onions. Add olive oil to the pan and lightly fry the zucchini and spring onions. Add the rice and cook with 2 tea glasses of hot water. Close the lid and wait for it to drain. When the rice is cooked, let it cool. Add finely chopped parsley, dill and garlic into it. When it cools, mix it with yogurt. You can serve. Enjoy your meal.
